An industry pioneer and veteran, Mr. White leads IBM RPO on a worldwide basis. Mr. White has over 20 years of professional experience in recruitment, product marketing and management, software development, executive leadership and venture capital. He is a regular speaker on the subject of workforce lifecycle management, recruitment best practices, knowledge management and collaborative applications, employee self-service, human resource systems design and talent optimization.Mr. White is responsible for developing and maintaining the global solution roadmap for IBM's RPO Solutions. The GPL function within IBM designs, develops, communicates and matures our solutions by integrating best practice operational models, processes and technologies. His team also works very closely with our compensation, performance management, succession planning, learning and workforce analytics GPLs to ensure a holistic talent management approach and corresponding results for our clients.Before joining IBM, Mr. White served as Product Manager for Talent Management at Convergys Employee Care. In that role, Mr. White led a small team in creating, building and managing the global talent management services offering for the Human Resource BPO division. In this capacity, Mr. White had complete responsibility for the entire solution life cycle - strategy, requirements, specification, implementation, operations, pricing, marketing, sales, and support of the GTM service line worldwide. He was a key interface to customers, prospects, analysts, industry advisors and partners.Mr. White founded SkillSet Software, Inc. in 1993 which led the then emerging applicant tracking market into the enterprise by adding collaboration, workflow and personalization features to a historically departmental vision. SkillSet solutions were designed to handle the most complex and demanding recruiting environments; their customers included 20% of the Fortune 50. SkillSet software was acquired by Hire.com in 2001 as a part of industry consolidation. Prior to SkillSet, Mr. White held several individual contributor roles in recruiting and finance in the San Francisco Bay Area. He received a BBA in Accounting from the University of San Diego in 1985. Mr. White is married, with two children and lives in San Diego, CA.
