Drew joined Zappos.com, Inc. 4 years ago as a Recruiter with 8 years' experience recruiting for technology, finance and retail in San Francisco, CA. He helped grow the Software Development team, and create Software QA, IT Security, and Project Management groups. His recent focus is toward strengthening proactive recruitment strategies through social media as well as relationships with communities and universities. Along with the fairly wacky Recruiting team, Drew actively strives to WOW candidates, partner organizations, and hiring managers- just as the Zappos Family of Companies is committed to WOW'ing customers- by providing exceptional service.

Cheryl joined the Zappos Family in 2006 as an HR coordinator, and quickly transitioned to the Recruiting team as a recruiting assistant. In her two years with Recruiting, she spearheaded initiatives such as revisions to the skills testing process and oversaw the infamous "speed dating" job fairs for the high-volume customer service positions. She has since transitioned into an HR Project Manager role, successfully driving the implementations of the Zappos Family's first ATS and HRIS systems. Cheryl is now developing metrics, analytics and reports to better measure the efficacy of current recruitment strategies- including those leveraging social media- as well as helping to identify opportunities to expand those strategies through technology. Her commitment to continuous improvement of the candidate and employee experience exemplifies the Zappos Family culture. As does her mustache.
