Overview My Dashboard offers a snapshot of your team, and their key activities in research, events and education. Center Page RSS My Portal enables you to stream data to your own website or management systems. Just below, the orange metrics bar displays a current total for your members and a rollup of their research, events education activities. Growth rates are month-over-month. Next, four charts track membership growth, research downloads, conference and workgroup attendance, and educational progress. These charts are updated in real-time, as new members and activities appear in our system. Clicking any of the links below the chart will take you to the corresponding list of members, research assets, attendees or alumni. Finally, four expandable lists provide a snapshot of your newest and most active members, and your team's most popular webcasts and research. Click through to view member profiles, summaries of their activities, and detail about the content being consumed. The Sidebar My Portal Links takes you to pages that contain detailed information about your members and their activities. My Admin Panel takes you to pages with interactive tools to manage your account. On these pages, you can add/edit members, communicate with your team, upload private content and create private groups and discussions, and push targeted content to specific desktops. My HCI Account Team is a live interface to your dedicated HCI representatives. Your team is available every business day, accessible via phone, email, chat and Skype. |
