Overview My Dashboard offers a snapshot of key underwriting activities and lead generation results. Center Page RSS My Portal enables you to stream data to your own website or management systems Just below, the orange metrics bar displays Total Contacts, Unique Leads and monthly growth rates. A "Contact" is a visitor to your learning track, someone who downloads an article, podcast, or e-briefing, a research consumer, or an attendee at one of your sponsored webcasts, workgroups or conferences. A "Unique Lead" is the deduped list of individuals, many of whom are likely to have touched your brand multiple times, through the activities above. Next, four charts track your contacts (in green) and leads (in blue) for webcasts, learning tracks, events and research. These charts are updated in real-time, as prospects appear in our system, through page visits, downloads, registrations and attendance. They also display activity in the last week, the last month, lead totals and growth rates. Finally, four pie charts display your unique leads by Source, Level, Function and Region. Click any "numbers" link, on any chart, to view the corresponding list of leads. The Sidebar My Portal Links take you to pages that contain detailed information about the activities you underwrite at HCI. My Admin Panel takes you to pages with interactive tools to manage your account. You can assign users and administrators, upload ads and graphics, upload and edit a comprehensive profile of your company and products, load your videos and research papers into the HCI library and upload press releases. My HCI Account Team is a live interface to your dedicated HCI representatives. Your team is available every business day, accessible via phone, email, chat and Skype. |
