Peer-to-Peer Learning
HCI Enterprise Members tap into the experience and guidance of their peers at any one of five annual conferences or in one of eight regional peer-to-peer Masters Workgroups. Conferences cover all major issues areas in human capital, with events in Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning, Strategic Talent Acquisition, Engagement and Retention and Learning and Leadership Development, as well as the annual Human Capital Summit. All HCI conferences and workgroups offer new research, thought leadership, and practical solutions across the lifecycle of talent management.
Enterprise Membership also includes access to HCI’s peer-to-peer networks for human capital and talent management executives. Members share their knowledge, experience and insight, collaborating to solve their most difficult challenges. Each workgroup meets twice a year in local sessions and twice a year virtually. There are groups across the U.S. each supported by an HCI facilitator, a dedicated portal with proprietary content, and private social networking tools.
