As the goals and strategies of the HR function continue to evolve, so must the way we view HR Service Delivery.
Who we are serving has never been broader including current employees, candidates, contingent workers, and alumni. In addition, the multi-generational workforce requires specific strategies and tools for different audiences.
What we are delivering is expanding beyond the traditional HR administrative and talent functions. Global mobility, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and employee communications are more important than ever.
How we are delivering services is changing at an equally rapid pace. We are leveraging technologies such as portals, knowledge bases, enterprise collaboration platforms and emerging integration technologies to connect the workforce to the knowledge, people, transactions and even analytics to get the information they need quickly and at the moment of need.
