Ajay is the former Director of Talent Acquisition at Advance Auto Parts. He managed over 20 highly engaged Recruiters, Managers and TA Professionals. Ajay was also a key member of the HR Integration team following Advance’s $2 Billion acquisition of General Parts/CARQUEST. He managed a multi-million dollar relocation budget and was the leader and champion for the Advance Auto employment brand.
Ajay’s prior roles at HD (Home Depot) Supply include Talent Acquisition and HR Project Manager, where he built executive scorecards, managed affirmative action plans, and led multiple systems implementations including ATS and LMS across the organization.
