Amy Volz is Digital Marketing Manager at Caterpillar, responsible for cultivating the content and channels that drive an optimized customer experience across the Caterpillar digital ecosystem. Amy manages a team of digital strategists responsible for social media, search engine optimization, CRM, digital content platforms and digital intelligence including analytics & insight generation.
Amy has spent 15 years in marketing driving transformational culture change in highly matrixed business environments. In addition to digital marketing, her experience spans brand management, strategic planning, leadership development, curriculum design, and brand strategy. She has developed and delivered award-winning training programs in 12 countries. Amy led the global deployment of the Cat brand promise and Caterpillar's brand advocate program, which currently includes over 11,000 Caterpillar and dealer employees worldwide.
Amy is also the Global President of Caterpillar’s Women’s Initiatives Network, which has more than 3,000 members and 40 chapters worldwide. Amy is the founder of the Breakthrough Leadership program, an immersive workshop for high potential female leaders, which received the Chairman’s Award for contributions to the business. She works with women leaders globally as a Master Trainer.
Amy is a graduate of Bradley University and the Stanford Executive Development Program.
