Anadri Chisolm-Noel

HCI Faculty

Solutions-focused and innovative Senior HR Professional with unique multiple-industry experience spanning over 20 years. Instrumental in dynamically leading numerous talent management functions, including leadership and employee  development, mentoring programs, change management initiatives, performance management, succession planning, and workplace diversity. Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic talent solutions directly aligned with organizational business objectives.

She has served as an HR Manager-Talent Development at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation; Associate Director of Organizational Development, Manager of Training and Sr. Training Consultant at Emory University; Trainer and Instructional Designer at Citigroup/Primerica; Senior Trainer and Diversity Strategist for the City of Greensboro in North Carolina.  While working in higher education, she worked to improve the retention of students at UNC Greensboro, Tufts University, MIT, Harvard University and Wesleyan University.

Anadri has earned an MBA from Emory University, Goizueta Business School;
Ed.M. Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University, Harvard Graduate School of Education; and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology based in Human Relations Connecticut College.  Lifelong learning is important to her, and she maintains several industry respected certifications: Strategic Workforce Planning, Human Capital Strategist, Diversity Trainer, The Effective Facilitator, Organizational Design, The Birkman Method, DiSC, Lominger, VitalSmarts, DDI and CPLP. 

She resides in Metro Atlanta Georgia with her husband Terry Noel and extended family.
