Andrew Bennett is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Alabama. His research focuses on employee engagement and burnout, how employees recover from work stress, and evidence-based management. Andrew has worked on projects for multiple Fortune 500 companies and national non-profits as both a researcher and consultant. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, his masters in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University, and his bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
