Leadership is the most overanalyzed, thoroughly dissected, and utterly confused topic in business. The expectations leaders are judged against have become unrealistic and overly complicated, causing people to opt out of the chance to lead. It’s time to lighten the leadership load. It’s time to get back to what’s most essential about leading others; creating opportunities for those you lead.
Anyone who has to defend a budget or fight for support of an organizational initiative knows that numbers are king, so it is critical that L&D practitioners master the art of knowing what to measure, how to measure, and when and where to apply that knowledge.
This webinar will focus on actions you can take to be more courageous at work, and what you can do to inspire more courageous behavior among those you work with or lead. The concepts will be drawn from Bill Treasurer’s comprehensive training guide Courageous Leadership: Using Courage to Transform the Workplace (Pfeiffer, 2011).
