Brad Pearce is an SPHR certified senior HR professional with years of experience consulting for Fortune 500 companies including Compass Group and Wells Fargo. His main area of specialty is providing internal consulting in the HR Metrics and HRIS space. After receiving his graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from East Carolina University, Brad began his career at Compass Group and worked his way up from an HRIS analyst to managing the Operations/Systems division of the HRIS team at Compass. Brad then switched gears and moved over to the Finance industry accepting a position with Wachovia (Wells Fargo). Brad is currently based in Charlotte, NC working as a Vice President, Analytics Consultant at Wells Fargo with responsibility for providing insight, analysis, and strategic thought leadership for the leaders supporting Wells Fargo’s Regional Bank. In his current role, Brad works on complex client/partners relationships using advanced analytical techniques such as regression and multivariate analysis to solve business problems and provide leaders insight using evidence-based analytics. Brad has presented at various conferences in the HR space and has contributed to several publications. Brad is also a consultant for HumRRO and has been since 2007. Brad and his wife, Amy, live in Charlotte, NC with their two children, Kaitlyn, and Ashlyn.
