Approaching 15 years of experience as a talent management consultant, Dr Dan Harrison offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of Human Resource and Management Consulting. Dan purposefully designed his career to achieve a balance between internal and external roles. His practical nous as an internal HR specialist, is backed through the breadth that comes as a senior external consultant. For instance, Dan has taken lead roles in a wide range of organizational development projects, working within industries such as: Agriculture and Mining, Banking, Construction, Government, Hospitality, Health, Information Technology, and Retail. As a Principal Consultant at Perceptyx, Dan has been intimately involved in the rapid exploration and development of new employee survey practices, and has worked alongside some of the world’s most well recognized companies. Dan holds a PhD in Psychology (Organizational) and a Bachelor of Social Science with Honors. The focus of his PhD was on strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and career development.
