Mr. Daniel R. Durham, a retired Marine Corps intelligence and security professional, is currently a Senior Leadership Development Specialist for the Academy for Defense Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency. He has previously served as the Training Officer Representative; Program Manager and Team Chief, Asymmetric Warfare Intelligence Analysis (AWIA) program; and Course Manager of the Adversarial Deception Analysis Course (ADAC). During his final Marine Corps assignment, Mr. Durham was senior instructor for the Information Operations Fundamentals Course for the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic. After retirement, Mr. Durham joined the Defense Intelligence Agency in October 2005. Mr. Durham was recognized by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence with the Distinguished Analyst Award in 2008 for customized training delivered for the FBI.
Mr. Durham has delivered a variety of training to a wide range of military and civilian government employees to include Foreign Partners and NATO. Mr. Durham holds a BS (Honors) in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, has 41 credits at the masters level from the National Intelligence University, a certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from George Mason University, and is currently pursuing an Executive Masters in Leadership at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
