David O’Connell is a Research Analyst at the Human Capital Institute (HCI). HCI is the global association for talent management and new economy leadership. As a researcher, David is responsible for designing and coordinating business-to-business research in order to explore the current and future trends in human resource practice today. Prior to his current role, David received his B.A. degree from Ohio University and received his M.A. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Xavier University. David is an associate member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
