Devin Dreher is the Informal Learning Consultant at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. where he is responsible for creating things that make learning “stickier” and available when and where their audience needs it. These include things like on-demand, social, and embedded learning components that support Turner’s learning strategy. He also maintains the Talent Development research infrastructure in partnership with vendor solutions colleagues and manages the team’s relationship with the Talent Systems and Analytics group with regards to our metrics strategy.
Prior to his current role, he lead the execution of Turner’s global performance management program and philosophy which includes employee objective setting, annual talent reviews, and performance feedback. In addition, he also managed Turner’s succession planning efforts and career development resources leveraging partnerships with their Human Resources counterparts.
Before coming to Turner, Devin was the Talent and Organizational Capability Analyst for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. While working alongside powerful aircraft, he managed the 360° feedback assessment program, lead intact team effectiveness solutions, facilitated soft-skill workshops, and directed their site’s reverse mentoring program.
