Dr. Roger R. Pearman, Founder of Leadership Performance Systems and Qualifying.org, works with Fortune 500 companies in developing appropriate assessment and development strategies to use human talents to achieve organizational goals.  A researcher, writer, and coach for 30 years, he has written or co-wrote: The People Skill Handbook: Action Tips for Improving Your Emotional Intelligence, YOU: Being More Effective in Your MBTI® Type, I’m Not Crazy, I’m Just Not You, Hardwired Leadership, and seven other publications integrating personality patterns and leadership effectiveness research to provide practical tips for growth.  Recently, he co-developed tablet applications TEAMSOITY®, CAREERFITOSITY™, and SALESOSITY™ to provide tips for development and effectiveness in the electronic media.

An award winning researcher, Roger has authored several multi-raters designed to focus on development: Leader Agility 360, Type 360, and People Skills 360.  These tools are designed using lessons from his coaching experiences.  Initially part of the coaching network of the Center for Creative Leadership, Roger spends most of his coaching efforts with executives and teams responsible for large networks.  These activities have led to the challenges of coaching leaders for working across cultural, social, ethnic, and generational boundaries.  For much of this work, using assessments such as the appropriate multi-rater and tools like the EQ-i 2.0® which have a global presence are essential to coaching effectively.  Also, working with companies to help leaders learn to coach within their system is a passion to which Roger has dedicated the last few years of work.  He was given the Alumni of the Year Award by the Graduate School at Wake Forest University for his contributions to the field of human development.
