Emily Smith is a Senior Manager in the Organization Transformation & People practice with BPI group.

Emily brings a strong track record of helping clients address their human capital needs during major transformations.

She has successfully managed projects with Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations across industries such as healthcare, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, marketing, and energy.

Emily has deep experience in organizational effectiveness and talent management. She helps organizations navigate business shifts through change management, organization design, assessment and selection, succession planning, leadership development and competency modeling. In each engagement, she seeks to develop a strong, collaborative partnership with cross-functional leaders.

Prior to joining BPI group, Emily was a human capital consultant with Capital H Group, where she served numerous clients across the U.S. She also worked with Stockamp & Associates (now a part of Huron Consulting Group), providing revenue cycle and human capital consulting solutions for leading health systems.

Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in learning and organizational change and a minor in international studies from Northwestern University. She also is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
