Erin Bradford is an Associate Partner in the Leadership and Organization unit at Monitor, where she co-leads the Organizational Capability Building and Human Capital Strategy practice areas. Erin has focused her career on helping organizations across sectors, including government, to improve their performance through investment and focus on their human capital. Examples of her recent work include the design and facilitation of large-scale capability-building programs as well as the design and execution of HR transformations. Prior to joining Monitor, Erin held positions in Executive Education at the Harvard Business School and with Novations Group, an organizational consulting firm. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
