Gabriella Strecker is the Senior Director of Global Leadership and Organizational Development at Genzyme, a sanofi company. Prior to this role, Gabriella held the position of VP Client Solutions at The Ariel Group, a Leadership Development consulting firm. Formerly, a Managing Director for Vantage Partners’ Corporate Education practice, Gabriella served in a variety of capacities over the course of her 15 years there: product strategy; content development; facilitator, partner and affiliate management; negotiation, communication and relationship management consultant and trainer. She had the opportunity to work with companies such as Genetech, Genzyme, Novartis, sanofi-pasteur, sanofi-aventis, sanofi-synthelabo, Cedars Sinai Medical Center of L.A., Conoco, Deloitte, BP, The MathWorks, BCG, Goldman Sachs and The Rockefeller Foundation, among others in the corporate and non-profit arenas.
Gabriella has also regularly taught at Harvard Law School’s Advanced Program on Negotiation.
Originally trained as a psychotherapist, Gabriella holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree from Lesley University. Her master’s degree focused on innovations in corporate team building programs.
Currently, Gabriella lives in Brookline, MA with her family where she spends every possible moment with her son – which usually means being in a hockey rink or being in a car on the way to a hockey rink!
