Gilbert vast experience in the field of human resources includes more than 40 years experience as a Human Resources Senior Advisor, Equal Employment Opportunity Director, Mediation and Dispute Resolution Director, Performance Management Consultant, Organizational Development Consultant, Leadership and Development Trainer, and Senior Manpower Developer.
Prior to joining CDC, Gilbert held senior positions with the Department of Agriculture, Department of Housing and Urban Development and the United States Army. He is a graduate of the United States Office of Personnel Management Senior Executive Candidate Development Program. Gilbert is a registered mediator with the Georgia Supreme Court Office of Dispute Resolution.
Gilbert holds a Master Degree in Human Development from the Fielding Graduate University, a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Counseling from the Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Science in Behavioral Studies from the University of Southern Colorado (currently the Colorado State University at Pueblo).
