Jason Rodd is the Director of Talent Acquisition for Angie’s List, which is more than just an iconic brand within the digital media space, they are helping our 3 million plus consumers have positive transactions with local service professionals in more than 720 categories of service, ranging from home improvement to healthcare. Angie’s List is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana and has close to 2,000 employees that sit in 25 historic buildings in a very unique campus setting downtown.
Rodd began his career in the retained executive search business as an executive search consultant. He then moved into the corporate recruiting realm where he has spent most of his career. Prior to joining Angie’s List back in April 2014, he was with Cisco Systems for over 7 years where he held a variety of Talent Acquisition leadership roles.
Rodd has been with Angie’s List for a year and has begun transforming the Talent Acquisition function into a highly functioning recruiting team. They have hired over 800 people in the last year and over a dozen high-profile executives. The transformation centers around significant process mapping, infrastructure, communications and proactive sourcing.
Rodd graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications.
