Jeanne Schad, RiseSmart’s talent solutions and strategy practice lead, heads the company’s holistic Talent Mobility solutions to help RiseSmart customers retain employees and keep them engaged.
Schad is an ICF-Certified Executive Coach with 16 years of coaching experience and expertise in the field of career development. Prior to joining RiseSmart, Schad served as SVP/Talent Development at Lee Hecht Harrison for seven years where she was instrumental in building the company’s executive coaching and career development practice. Previously, she owned and operated a global executive coaching firm.
Jeanne holds a B.S. in TV/Radio/Film Management from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University. She is a Certified Professional Coach. In 2014, Jeanne was honored as one of California’s Most Influential and Powerful Women by the California Diversity Council.
