Jen is the Chief Learning Officer for Providence Health and Services. Providence is the nation’s third largest not-for-profit health system that is committed to improving the health of the communities it serves, especially those who are poor and vulnerable. Jen joined Providence in November of 2014 and in her role she is responsible for overseeing the Talent Management and Learning functions for the organization. The Talent Management and Learning Organization is aimed at building organization capability to achieve a competitive advantage through its robust pipeline and the maximization of caregiver effectiveness and efficiency
Prior to Providence, Jen served as the Leader of Leadership Development for the Printing and Personal Systems Group at Hewlett Packard. In this leadership role, she was responsible for overseeing the design, development and implementation of Leadership Development and Top Talent Development strategies and programs in support of a $65 Billion / 30k employee global business unit within HP.
Prior to joining HP, Jen served in various Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness positions at Raytheon Company and spent her early career in external consultanting at Vantage Partners and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Jen’s professional experience includes talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, conflict management, learning design and facilitation, change management, and coaching and mentoring.
Jennifer holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s of Science in Child Development from Vanderbilt University.
She is based in Renton, Washington.
