Jenny is a partner and Southwest/West Market Leader in Kincentric’s HR & Talent Advisory practice, based in The Woodlands, Texas. She consults in areas of HR strategy, organization design, process reengineering, and change management. She specializes in helping clients diagnose and improve the organization and operation of their business, addressing people strategies, structure, work processes, role design, staff competencies, and technology.
Jenny has been with Kincentric for over 25 years and has consulted with global organizations across multiple industries, including health care, higher education, energy, consumer products, and manufacturing.
Jenny’s core expertise includes: HR strategy and organization design; customer-centric Shared Services design and delivery; HR business partner enablement; HR process optimization; and HR technology strategy and vendor selection.
Jenny has recently authored whitepapers, titled: “The Secret to Transforming HR: Focus on the HR Business Partner”; “The Untapped Power of HR in Health Care Organizations”; and “The Next Frontier in Employee Relations Organization Design.” She has also has conducted higher education research: 2012 Higher Education Study: The State of HR Effectiveness.
Jenny has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan in Finance, and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Marketing Management from the
University of Chicago.
