As Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness Consulting, Jerry works directly with Perceptyx clients to enhance the effectiveness and return on investment of their talent management programs. In addition to the design, delivery and interpretation of survey results with a particular focus on business strategy alignment, outcome linkage research, EVP, engagement and attrition driver research, Jerry has provided consultation on survey communication, feedback and action planning.
Mr. Halamaj brings over 30 years of experience in human resources and organization development at some of the best recognized Fortune 500 companies, including having served as Director of Global Employee Surveys at Citigroup. In that role, he oversaw the global employee survey process for over 340,000 employees in more than 100 countries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Halamaj served as Corporate Manager, Global Employee Research and HR Metrics for John Deere, and Senior Consultant, Control Data.
On the consulting side, he has served as trusted advisor to senior executives at hundreds of companies while at Hay Group, CEB Valtera, TNS, and the Bank Administration Institute. Mr. Halamaj completed his coursework toward the PhD in Industrial Psychology at the University of Minnesota. He is past Chairman of The Mayflower Group, the MIDAS group, and a co-founder of the Attrition Retention Consortium.
