Judith has worked for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) since 2001, serving in the HR Management and Development Offices, as well as in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to coming to NASA, Judith spent 20 years in the oil industry as a project manager. Her diverse background includes organizational and employee development, finance, and project management. In her current role as Organizational Development (OD) Lead, Judith supports the OD and culture initiatives of Johnson Space Center and the Agency with a focus on change leadership, succession management, and facilitating organizational design. Judith is a certified mediator and holds a SPHR certification. She received her BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, her M.A. in Human Resources and MBA from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
