Katie Meisenger currently leads the North American talent team at Wrigley. In this role she has responsibility for talent acquisition, talent management and diversity and inclusion. Key accountabilities include driving core talent strategies, working cross-segment to implement talent processes and tools, as well as managing the customization and implementation of centrally created talent management programs.
Prior to her role at Wrigley, Katie was Global Project Manager and Talent Acquisition Operations Leader at PepsiCo. In this position she was responsible for developing, communicating and sustaining domestic and global programs implemented to meet business unit, region and the corporation's overall strategic plan. Key accountabilities included the optimization and full utilization of recruitment technology post global implementation and Katie was a member of the taskforce charged with the global roll-out of the social and digital recruitment strategy.
Before transitioning into corporate Talent Acquisition, Katie worked on the agency side and in recruitment research. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
