Ms. Hearns-Smith is the VP of Learning Strategy and Delivery at Xerox Global Learning Services. She is responsible for providing learning and development consulting and learning and solution architecture design and development for Xerox clients.
Prior to Xerox, Ms. Hearns-Smith was the Organizational Psychologist and Senior Performance Strategist at Axyspointe, an organizational development and assessment company specializing in the design and implementation of high-performing organizational learning environments. She has over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 100 companies around the globe on engagements requiring organizational culture renewal and strategic alignment, organizational assessments, business process development, change management, curriculum and program design, executive and leadership development and coaching, and talent capitalization.
Kerry is currently leading the transformation of the learning experience for Xerox Services through the creation of Xerox Services University – she is at the heart of this multi-million dollar organizational shift to impact the future of workplace learning.
