Kyle Gerjerts is currently Director of Talent Management at Walgreens. In his role, Kyle is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of Talent Management strategies at Walgreens, as well as contributing to global strategies across Walgreens Boots Alliance. This includes selection, assessment, employee engagement, competency modeling, performance management and succession planning. Kyle holds his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
