Larry Jacobson

Director, Technology Talent Acquisition, Vistaprint

Larry Jacobson is Director of Technology Talent Acquisition at Vistaprint, a leading online provider of professional marketing products and services to micro businesses and the home.  Larry works closely with the executive technology team to ensure Vistaprint’s talent acquisition organization achieves its growth objectives for campus, experienced and executive hiring.  Larry is responsible for defining and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies, building and managing a world class talent acquisition team, employment brand building, workforce analytics, and continually improving the recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes. 
For over 15 years, Larry has worked in talent acquisition and workforce optimization for some of the world’s most innovative companies.  Larry began his career in talent acquisition at an Inc. 500 staffing agency where he built an executive search and workforce optimization practice. From there he founded and served as Managing Director at Monument Valley Partners, a boutique search firm focusing on acquiring technology talent primarily for high growth technology start-ups.  Before joining the team at Vistaprint in 2011, Larry served as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition for Endeca (acquired by Oracle), a pioneer in big data and guided search and navigation.
Larry graduated cum laude from Tufts University where he was captain of the Varsity basketball team and winner of the Student-Athlete Award. He received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School where he won the Client Counseling Competition. 
Outside of Vistaprint, Larry is a proud supporter of Team IMPACT, a New England based non-profit serving kids facing life-threatening diseases by creating unparalleled team based support systems.
