Lea oversees HR Policies and has the responsibility to manage multiple programs; she redesigned TIAA’s Reward and Recognition program. Previously, she was a Project Manager within TIAA’s Total Rewards area and worked on the implementation of company-wide HR systems. She also served as an HR and Quality Specialist at Air France in France as well as in the US. Lea holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Communication and is a former synchronized swimmer.
