Lisa Bisaccia is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for CVS Caremark. In her current role, she serves as the human resources business partner for the company’s Chief Executive Officer, and is responsible for the human resources function of the corporation, including benefits, compensation, talent management, employee engagement, training, labor relations and organizational development strategy and programs for more than 200,000 colleagues.
Since joining CVS Caremark in 2004, she has led major human resources initiatives including enhancing compensation practices, outsourcing human resources processing functions, and successfully managing all human resources support for CVS/pharmacy, the company’s retail division.
Bisaccia brings more than 30 years of human resources experience to her current role. Prior to joining CVS Caremark, she held senior human resources positions with FleetBoston Financial, including Managing Director, Compensation and Benefits. Her previous experience also includes human resources consulting in the banking/financial services, healthcare and not-for-profit business segments. Lisa is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and earned her MBA from the University of Connecticut.
She currently serves as a Trustee for the Providence, Rhode Island-based Trinity Repertory Company, and also is a member of the Quality Committee of the Board for Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Care New England Health Systems.
