Lisa Sherr currently serves as Senior Director of Global Staffing Marketing & Analytics for the Diversity, Inclusion and Staffing organization at ADP. In this role, Lisa is responsible for defining and communicating ADP’s global Employment Brand to both internal and external stakeholders to help attract and retain the best talent. Lisa also oversees the Sourcing & Pipeline team, the social media efforts for talent acquisition and Staffing metrics.
Lisa joined ADP five years ago as part of the Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP), an executive in training program to develop future general managers for growth businesses. Prior to her role in Staffing, Lisa has worked in Strategic Planning and Business Development for ADP’s Retirement Services and Major Accounts divisions, where she led the annual strategic planning process and developed go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Prior to joining ADP, Lisa spent time in the financial services and technology industries, leading M&A, strategy and corporate finance projects. Lisa has both a B.S. and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband.
