Principal Consultant - Employee Experience, Qualtrics

As a talent management and organizational development practitioner for over 10 years, Liz has a true passion for marrying the art and science of psychology with an organization's context to ensure leaders and employees have the right tools at the right time for sustainable change. Liz is a Principal Consultant - Employee Experience for Qualtrics, supporting clients in building and sustaining employee experience programs. Prior to Qualtrics, Liz was Director of Organizational Development for Healthfirst, a hospital-sponsored, managed care health plan leading in value-based care. In her role, Liz led the design, development and implementation of integrated talent practices, including: building an employee engagement listening strategy, transforming performance management, implementing a 360-degree feedback program, and designing talent reviews and succession planning. Prior to joining Healthfirst, Liz worked as a Consultant for Towers Watson (now Willis Towers Watson) and Paris Phoenix Group, a boutique consultancy in Seattle. Partnering with world-class organizations across industries, her client work ranged from employee engagement, culture assessment and change, competency design and implementation, career architecture, and conducting custom research to address complex business issues. Liz earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, where she also completed her M.A., and also holds a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo. Liz is active in the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and has presented at several SIOP conferences since 2009. She is also a member of the Metropolitan Association of Applied Psychology (METRO).
