Mark Austin

Vice President, Organization Development at Warner Bros. Entertainment

Mark Austin serves as Vice President of Organization Development at Warner Bros. Entertainment, a global leader in the creation, production, distribution, licensing and marketing of all forms of entertainment, including feature film, television and home entertainment.  In this role, Mark oversees organization effectiveness, change management and leadership development strategies within the Warner Bros. corporate, home entertainment and international groups.
Throughout his more than 15-year career as a human resources development leader, Mark has combined his background in psychology and breadth of business experience to help organizations, teams and individuals apply innovative solutions to improve their performance.  His expertise includes talent management, organization design and strategy, process innovation, leadership and team development, and change management.
Mark’s work has spanned the public, private and nonprofit sectors across a multitude of industries in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.  Prior to Warner Bros., he held organization development and human resources positions at Intuit, Amgen, Health Net, Tribune/Los Angeles Times, Princess Cruises and Six Flags Theme Parks. He is also an adjunct faculty member for Phillips Graduate Institute’s Organization Consulting Doctorate Program.
Mark holds a master’s degree in organization development from Pepperdine University’s George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Northridge.
