He joined a then pre-IPO SailPoint, seeing the company through their NYSE IPO in November 2018, and continues to lead talent acquisition as SailPoint continues to lead in the identity governance space.
Before SailPoint, Matthew worked at Quest Software for 8 years, riding $400M in revenues through a $2.3B acquisition by Dell. During his time with Quest, he was sales lead for the executive staffing function and managed a team of recruiters responsible for sales and services recruiting in the Americas.
