In her role at GE Digital, Meagan oversees all global Talent Programs, including Performance Management, Succession Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Executive Development. Previous to her time at GE, Meagan led Talent Management for Global Operations at Amazon, overseeing Performance Assessment, the Pathways Executive MBA Program, and Leadership Pipeline Planning. She was named by HRO Today Magazine as a Superstar HR Practitioner, has served as an advisor to the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles Committee. Her corporate talent programs have earned multiple learning industry awards from CLO Magazine, ATD, ISPI, and Bersin & Associates by Deloitte. Meagan holds advanced degrees in Communications, Adult Learning, and Organizational Development, is PMP certified by PMI, and enjoys speaking about HR transformation at industry events.
