Michael Cook is a mathematician by training. He is currently a VP at Credit Suisse responsible for researching predictive analytics applications to HR. He migrated from academia to Wall Street, working on financial modeling, trading system research, and then as a quantitative portfolio strategist at Forstmann Leff Associates for 10 years. In 2011 he joined Credit Suisse to help develop an evidence based approach to understanding and addressing challenges in Human Capital Portfolio Management.
