Michelle Ward is the Employee Relations Program Director for UCCS. She is an experienced leader and change advocate for improving work performance and interpersonal relationships. Her great passion is helping employees and supervisors who are experiencing challenges at work to resolve or manage the issues. In doing so, the impacted individuals are poised to focus on productive outcomes and healthier relationships in the work place. Her educational background includes a dual MA in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development from Webster University, a BS from Park University in Management/Human Resources, and an AA from the University of Maryland University College, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. She also trained in mediation from the Southern Poverty Law Center, Montgomery, AL. Her employment background includes a wide-variety of world-wide positions in the US Army, the federal government, and higher education.
