Molly Delaney is a Consultant within Korn Ferry Hay Group’s employee research division. Her role is focused on providing analytical, conceptual, and research design support to a broad range of clients and conducting research on the work structures and environments that translate to high levels of employee engagement and performance. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from John Carroll University and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
