Director, Procurement Operations, Fannie Mae

Neil McGrail is the Director of Procurement Operations at Fannie Mae.  In this role, he is responsible for multiple functional areas including Corporate Purchasing, Corporate Travel Program Management, Vendor Operations, Purchasing Card Programs, and Fannie Mae's Contractor Compliance and Management program, with oversight over all contingent labor and consulting engagements (Statements of Work) across the enterprise.  Mr. McGrail has over 20 years experience in Operations and IT Service Delivery in Fortune 500 firms in the telecommunications and financial services industries, and he has specialized expertise in Program/Project Management, Procure to Pay technologies, Contracts Management, Billing/Pricing systems, and other technologies.  Mr. McGrail holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Loyola University (Maryland) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University.
