Nick is a member of the Talent Acquisition team at Gap Inc. -- the third largest apparel retailer in the world which includes some of the most recognizable brands like Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, Piperlime and Intermix. Nick is a corporate retail vet and has spent over 7+ years in traditional marketing strategy roles at Target Corporation. He then went on to lead the global employer brand campaign and digital, mobile and social media marketing strategies for Target's Talent Acquisition Organization. In his newly created role at Gap Inc -- Director of External Talent Branding -- Nick spearheads all efforts to construct and refine the Gap Inc. employer brand narrative to help determine how this story is told externally through Gap Inc's recruiting process.
