Noelle Sargeant is Executive Vice President, Human Resources, with accountability for delivering on the human capital aspects of the corporate strategy.
Noelle has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry with extensive experience in the design and implementation of organizational effectiveness and change programs. Noelle has held positions in risk management and strategic planning, in addition to senior roles in HR. Prior to joining IFDS, Noelle oversaw the global HR Relationship Management team at Russell Investments. Noelle’s previous experience also includes roles at Scotia Capital and OMERS.
Noelle holds an undergraduate degree from McGill University and is a graduate of the Advanced Program in Managing Strategic Change from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
