Rob Bogosian, Ph.D. is the founder and principal consultant at RVB Associates. Prior to establishing RVB Associates, Rob was Vice President of Performance Development at Wachovia Corporation, a national financial services company. In that capacity he was responsible for developing consistent leadership practices and organization development initiatives throughout Wachovia’s asset management line of business. In addition, he oversaw the development of the business line’s high performing, high potential talent, and played a pivotal role with executive teams and individuals helping them achieve their performance development goals.
Before joining Wachovia in 2001, Rob spent 6 ½ years at State Street Corporation. Working as a Program Manager in the State Street Institute he was responsible for the education and development of mid- to senior-level managers in the US, UK, and Europe. Rob was coach to State Street’s global leaders at all levels of the organization on a broad range of performance and strategic business issues.
Rob’s early career included training and development positions at Sungard/NCS and Fidelity Investments, and several securities operations and mutual funds positions at The Boston Company, now Mellon Financial. His early experience in Financial Services, Information Technology, and his leadership roles in training and development make Rob uniquely qualified to assist clients in the formulation and execution of development strategies both individual and enterprise-wide. He has been on the front line and knows what it takes to build capacity and get results.
Adjunct Faculty, Executive Education, Florida Atlantic University, 2010 – present. Rob is also the former Professor of Global Leadership Strategies at Hult University (formerly Arthur D. Little School of Management) in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
