Sean Rehder is the Director of Recruiting Operations with Universal Music Group (UMG), the world’s leading music company with over $7 billion in earnings in 2018. Within UMG, Sean oversees recruiting analytics/reporting, diversity hiring, systems management, recruitment marketing, UMG’s global contingent workforce and the “Find Your Groove” internship program.
Prior to joining UMG, Sean has spent much of his career as an independent consultant that focused on building out strategic recruiting programs for his clients. Projects at companies like Electronic Arts, Genentech, Apple, Salesforce.com, Andreessen Horowitz and Bridgewater Associates have given him a unique look into the problems that companies face and the solutions for them when recruiting key talent.
