As Talent Solutions Director at CEB, now Garter, Dr Sharon Arad provides thought leadership and direction to our clients in a range of areas including talent management, performance management, leadership development and succession. Her role also includes the design of innovative, breakthrough talent solutions, approaches and programs that align with the needs of both private and public sector organizations in today’s changing work environment. With over twenty years of proven results in helping to drive global enterprise strategy and growth across multiple industries, Sharon brings extensive practitioner experience to the table. Before joining CEB she held senior leadership positions at Cargill and IBM, providing thought leadership, strategy, design and implementation expertise on a range of key talent management programs. She is a multiple SIOP (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology) award winner and has shared her wealth of knowledge at both commercial and academic conferences. Sharon holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
