Shawnee Irmen is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Golden Living, a leader in senior healthcare services, including hospice, long-term care, nursing services, sub-acute care and rehabilitation therapy. For more than a decade Shawnee has not only thrived, but made positive strides in multiple roles and industries such as; being a human resources strategic business partner and talent acquisition “idea girl” for both burgeoning and well established organizations among the healthcare, finance, and industrial industries. Shawnee exhibits an ardent desire to provide her customers, teams and working partners with the highest level of professionalism and support in order to not only meet, but exceed both individual and organizational goals. Shawnee, a Louisiana native and true Cajun left her homeland to attain her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business/HR Management from the University of New Hampshire. However, the lack of properly prepared crawfish and the desire to never shovel snow again brought her happily back south. In her free time, Shawnee enjoys exploring the many sites and activities the Dallas metroplex has to offer with her seven year old son who moonlights as a “breakdancing, super-ninja/spy.”
