Shelley’s 16 year data analysis career includes Non-Profit and Federal Government experience. Shelley has worked in several avenues of data analysis to include workforce planning, survey administration and analysis, federal income tax, retirement plans and psychometrics. The vast majority of her work has been to provide data analysis support to Executives and Senior Leaders of her agency. Most recently, Shelley has developed strong working knowledge of Federal Human Capital data as it relates to workforce planning for large agencies and developed workforce profile templates for her agencies Operating Divisions. In addition, she developed an innovative stratification method of addressing the challenge of analyzing multiple Mission Critical Occupations simultaneously.
Previous to working in federal government, Shelley worked as an Assistant Psychometrician for the American Board of Internal Medicine. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Economics from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She also participated in several high level programs outside of her Agency such as the HR Emerging Leaders Program of the Partnership for Public Service as well as the Presidents Management Council Fellowship Program where she served as a Human Capital Data Program Manager for the Department of Education.
