Silvia Masini is the Managing Director of Organization Transformation & People with BPI group.
Silvia brings over 25 years of experience in leading and advising organizations on organizational change and transformation, as well as developing and delivering human capital and HR strategies and solutions.
In Silvia's role as Managing Director, she leads BPI group's Organization Transformation & People practice, working with and advising leaders on organizational transformation and change, cultural alignment, operational effectiveness, and structure/role design. Her primary areas of expertise include organization effectiveness and alignment, talent development and engagement, culture change, operational excellence, process redesign, and M&A integration.
Prior to joining BPI group, Silvia worked as Chief Human Resources Officer for a top 10 national accounting and financial services firm, where she led organizational transformation efforts in the context of a merger and held additional responsibility for leading the development and implementation of human capital strategies to attract, engage, and retain talent in order to achieve the firm's aggressive growth goals.
Silvia has also worked as a Partner with Mercer, where she led the firm's Midwest HR Transformation Practice and Chicago Human Capital business and partnered with clients to develop and implement their human capital strategies and lead large scale organizational change and transformation efforts. She has additionally held significant roles in executive management in early stage companies, where she worked to establish the companies' brands within their markets, developed and achieved market sales strategies and goals, and built the sales and delivery capabilities and consulting methodologies for the firms' human capital solutions
Silvia holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Northwestern University.
